Day 1: Fes → Ifrane → Azrou Cedar Forest → Midelt

Good morning, friends! We begin our exciting journey from Fes, a city full of history, traditional markets, and winding streets. Our first stop is Ifrane, known as the “Switzerland of Morocco,” with its elegant houses, manicured gardens, and the famous lion statue , the perfect spot for memorable photos.
Next, we head to the Azrou Cedar Forest, where tall trees and fresh mountain air surround us, and we might spot the playful Barbary macaque monkeys roaming freely. We continue to Midelt for lunch amidst stunning mountain views and spend the night in a comfortable hotel, preparing for our adventure into the heart of the Sahara.

Day 2: Midelt → Ziz Valley → Errachidia → Merzouga

On the second day, we travel through the Ziz Valley, where lush palm groves and ancient kasbahs showcase centuries of local life. We make a short stop in Errachidia to taste some traditional Moroccan dishes and explore local markets.
By evening, we arrive in Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara Desert. The golden dunes await us under the setting sun. We ride camels across the dunes to watch the sun dip below the horizon. At night, we stay in traditional desert tents, enjoy a local dinner, and listen to Berber music under a sky full of stars , a memory you will cherish forever.

🗓 Day 3: Merzouga → Todra Gorge → Dades Valley

We wake up early to witness the sunrise over the golden dunes, a peaceful and magical moment. After breakfast, we leave the desert and head to Todra Gorge, a narrow canyon with towering cliffs, perfect for walking, photography, and soaking in the beauty of nature.
Next, we continue to Dades Valley, famous for its unique rock formations called the “Monkey Fingers” and winding roads offering breathtaking views. We spend the night at a local hotel, enjoying the atmosphere of the small village before heading to Ouarzazate the next day.

🗓 Day 4: Dades Valley → Ouarzazate → Ait Ben Haddou

After breakfast, we drive to Ouarzazate, the Moroccan Hollywood, where many international films were shot. Our visit includes the historic Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walking through its narrow alleys and mud-brick houses, you can feel the centuries of history and imagine the caravans that once passed through this trading route. We stay overnight in Ouarzazate, preparing for our final journey through the High Atlas Mountains.

Day 5: Ouarzazate → Tizi n’Tichka → Marrakech

On the fifth day, we ascend the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, surrounded by majestic mountains and scattered Berber villages. Every curve in the road reveals a new, breathtaking panorama. We stop at scenic viewpoints and meet locals to experience traditional life in the High Atlas.
By late afternoon, we arrive in Marrakech, the Red City, full of colorful souks, historic gardens, and ancient kasbahs. Our journey ends here.
