Day 1: Arrival at Tangier Airport – Tangier
Upon arrival at Tangier Airport, our driver will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. After a short rest, explore the old medina, wandering its narrow streets and traditional markets. Visit the Kasbah for panoramic views of the city and the sea. In the afternoon, head to Hercules Cave and Cape Malabata to see the meeting point of the Mediterranean and Atlantic waters, an incredible spot for photos. In the evening, enjoy fresh seafood along the corniche and relax after your journey.
Day 2: Tangier – Asilah – Tetouan
After breakfast, drive to Asilah, a charming coastal town famous for its colorful murals and artistic vibe. Stroll through the old town, visit local galleries, and relax on the beach.
In the afternoon, continue to Tetouan, a city with a beautifully preserved old town. Explore the markets, traditional crafts, and quiet cafes. In the evening, enjoy a Moroccan dinner at a local restaurant and spend the night in Tetouan.
Day 3: Tetouan – Chefchaouen the blue city
This morning, take a short drive to Chefchaouen, the famous blue city. Wander through the picturesque streets, visit small artisan shops, and taste traditional Moroccan sweets. Walking among the blue houses, with the Rif Mountains in the background, creates a peaceful and photogenic experience.
Day 4: Chefchaouen – Fes
Head towards Fes, Morocco’s cultural capital, a drive of 4–5 hours. Upon arrival, start exploring the medina, where traditional markets, workshops, and centuries-old architecture bring history to life. Stop at a traditional cafe to try local dishes while soaking up the city’s vibrant atmosphere.
Day 5: Exploring Fes
Spend the full day discovering Fes el-Bali. Visit the Al-Qarawiyyin University, Bab Boujloud (Blue Gate), and the Bou Inania Madrasa. Explore the spice markets and artisan workshops for leather, ceramics, and textiles. This day is perfect to immerse yourself in Moroccan traditions and take countless memorable photos. Evening free for a quiet stroll or tea at a traditional cafe.
Day 6: Fes – Merzouga (Camel Ride & Desert Sunset)
Today we leave the bustling city of Fes behind and journey into the heart of the Moroccan desert, all the way to Merzouga.
We’ll depart Fes early and enjoy the scenic drive through the Middle Atlas mountains, charming Berber villages, and palm-filled oases. Along the way, there will be opportunities to stretch your legs, take photos, and enjoy the changing landscapes.
We will arrive in Merzouga after the afternoon, just in time to embark on a camel ride across the golden Erg Chebbi dunes. This is the perfect moment to feel the desert’s magic beneath you and watch the sunset over the endless sand dunes, a breathtaking experience you will never forget.
After sunset, return to your hotel or desert camp for a traditional Moroccan dinner under the stars. Relax, listen to the peaceful desert ambiance, and enjoy a night in the desert camp.
Day 7: Merzouga – Nomads, Lake, Khamlia & Mifis Village
Today, we dive deeper into the desert experience and discover the authentic life and landscapes surrounding Merzouga.
After breakfast, we’ll visit the Nomads (Berber tribes) living near Merzouga. Here you’ll meet the locals, learn about their traditional lifestyle, and see how they live in harmony with the desert. It’s a unique opportunity to connect with the culture and take memorable photos.
Next, we’ll head to a nearby desert lake. Surrounded by palm trees and sand, this peaceful spot is perfect for a short walk, some birdwatching, or just relaxing in the quiet desert environment.
Our journey continues to Khamlia, known as the “Village of the Black Desert Musicians.” You’ll enjoy a small live performance of traditional Gnawa music, an enchanting mix of rhythm and melody that’s unique to this region. Take time to explore the village and interact with the friendly locals.
Finally, we’ll pass through Mifis Village, a charming Berber settlement surrounded by dunes and desert plains. Here you can stroll through the village streets, meet the locals, and learn about their daily life.
Return to Merzouga for dinner and overnight stay in the camp. Spend the evening relaxing under the starry desert sky, reflecting on a day full of culture, music, and desert landscapes.
Day 8: Merzouga – Ouarzazate
After breakfast, depart Merzouga for Ouarzazate, the gateway to the desert and home to famous kasbahs. The drive is about 6–7 hours, with stops to admire desert landscapes and oases.
Arrive in Ouarzazate, check into your hotel, and explore the Taourirt Kasbah, a historic marvel of Moroccan architecture. Dinner and overnight stay in town.
Day 9: Ouarzazate – Marrakech
Morning drive through the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, crossing the High Atlas Mountains with breathtaking views. Stop in small villages for photos.
Arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon. Explore Jemaa el-Fnaa Square, full of street performers, food stalls, and vibrant market energy. Dinner at a local restaurant and overnight in Marrakech.
Day 10: Marrakech
Spend a full day exploring Marrakech. Visit the Bahia Palace, Majorelle Gardens, and the souks. Shop for souvenirs, enjoy Moroccan snacks, and experience the city’s lively atmosphere. Evening free for relaxation.
Day 11: Marrakech – Fes
Depart Marrakech in the morning for Fes, a long drive of 7–8 hours through scenic landscapes and villages. Arrive in Fes in the evening, check into your hotel, and relax.
Day 12: Fes – Tetouan
Morning departure to Tetouan, passing through mountains and small towns. Check into your hotel, with the afternoon free to explore the medina or relax before the final leg of your journey.
Day 13: Tetouan – Tangier
Morning drive to Tangier, about 1.5 hours. Optional short exploration or shopping in Tangier before transferring to your hotel. Evening free to enjoy the city one last time.
Day 14: Departure from Tangier Airport
On your final day, we’ll take you to Tangier Airport for your flight home. The end of our journey.
