Day 1: Welcome to Marrakech!
You’ve just arrived in the city of Marrakech. After settling into your riad, dive straight into the bustling Jemaa el-Fnaa square where snake charmers, food stalls, and storytellers await. Take a stroll through the colorful souks and soak in the lively atmosphere.
Day 2: Journey Over the Atlas Mountains:
We’ll drive over the stunning High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass. Prepare your camera for breathtaking views! We’ll visit the ancient Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site, before continuing to the peaceful Dades Valley where you’ll spend the night.
Day 3: Into the Sahara Desert :
Get ready for an amazing day as we head towards Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara Desert. As the sun sets, hop on a camel and ride across golden dunes. Tonight, experience desert life in a traditional Berber camp beneath the stars.
Day 4: From Desert Dawn to Todra Gorge :
You will wake up early to catch a magical desert sunrise. Then, we will travel to the impressive Todra Gorge, where towering red cliffs create a spectacular natural canyon. Relax overnight in the nearby town of Midelt.
Day 5: Explore the Ancient City of Fes :
After a restful night and a hearty breakfast in Midelt ,we ‘ll head to Fes !
Arrive in Fes, Morocco’s cultural and spiritual heart. We will take you through the labyrinth of the medina, visit historic sites like the Al Quaraouiyine University and the colorful tanneries. Prepare to be amazed by centuries-old craftsmanship.
Day 6: More of Fes :
We Spend another day exploring Fes’s hidden gems from beautiful madrasas to bustling marketplaces. Take your time soaking in the rich history and vibrant street life.
Day 7: Blue Hues of Chefchaouen :
After Fes , we will travel to Chefchaouen, famous for its striking blue-washed buildings nestled in the Rif Mountains. Wander through its peaceful alleys, visit local artisan shops, and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere.
Day 8: Discover Chefchaouen’s Surroundings :
Today, you willl enjoy hiking in the scenic Rif Mountains or visit the refreshing Ras El Maa waterfall. Take in the serene beauty and snap plenty of photos.
Day 9: Morocco’s Capital ~Rabat :
Head south to Rabat, Morocco’s political capital. We will explore historic sites like the Kasbah of the Udayas, the Hassan Tower, and the Royal Palace gardens. Overnight here to rest before the journey’s end.
Day 10: Return to Marrakech :
This would be the last day of our tour; use this day to explore any sights you may have missed, such as the Marrakech Museum or a traditional hammam (bathhouse). When ready, we will take you to the airport. The end of our Journey of Ten Sunsets(from Marrakech to the Sahara)
