Day 1: Arrival in Fes
Welcome to the heart of Morocco, the ancient city of Fes. Upon your arrival at the airport, our private driver will be waiting to take you safely and comfortably to your hotel. After checking in and resting a little, you can take a short walk around the hotel to breathe in the historic city air and enjoy your first cup of traditional Moroccan tea at a nearby café. This day is the perfect opportunity to prepare yourselves for the exciting adventure ahead.
Day 2: Fes Guided tour
After breakfast, we will begin our exploration of the old city of Fes, where narrow streets and traditional markets reflect the rich history and culture of Morocco. You will witness skilled artisans at work and admire the stunning architecture of the Bou Inania Madrasa with its intricate decorations. Later, we will head to Kador Tour to immerse ourselves in the breathtaking natural landscapes of the surrounding mountains and hills. Upon arrival, you can rest and enjoy a delicious local dinner while soaking in the peaceful village atmosphere.
Day 3: Fes to Merzouga
After breakfast, we start our long journey from Fes to Merzouga, where the scenery gradually changes from high mountains to the golden sand dunes of the desert. Along the way, we will stop to rest and capture the stunning views with photos. Upon arrival at the camp, you will get a chance to experience the desert life and prepare for an enchanting evening camel ride across the dunes to watch the sunset paint the desert in golden hues. After the ride, we return to the camp to spend a tranquil night under the stars.
Day 4: Exploring the Sahara desert
After breakfast, we will first visit the nearby lake, where you can enjoy the serene surroundings and take beautiful photos. Next, we will head to Khamlia Village to listen to the mesmerizing Gnawa music, a unique reflection of the desert’s rich culture. Finally, we will visit the nomads to learn about their daily life and traditions. In the evening, we return to the camp for another night under the starry sky, accompanied by a traditional Moroccan desert dinner.
Day 5: Merzouga to Dades
After breakfast, we depart Merzouga and head toward the Dades Valley, passing through stunning desert landscapes and mountains that resemble living paintings. After breakfast, we embark on a stunning journey to Marrakech via the famous Tizi n’Tichka mountain pass, where the scenery changes dramatically from high mountains to expansive plains. We will stop along the way to take photos and admire the breathtaking landscapes before reaching Marrakech in the afternoon. Upon arrival, we check into the hotel and have time to explore the old city or relax before enjoying a Moroccan dinner.
Day 8: Marrakech Guided tour
After breakfast, we dedicate the day to discovering the enchanting city of Marrakech. We will visit the lively Jemaa el-Fnaa square, wander through traditional markets filled with local products and souvenirs, and then visit the beautiful Majorelle Gardens to enjoy the vibrant colors and serene atmosphere. Day 9: marrakech to Ourika Valley & back
After breakfast, we will take a day trip from Marrakech to the beautiful Ourika Valley, nestled in the Atlas Mountains. You will have the chance to explore the villages, meet local families, and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. After a relaxing day in the valley, we will return to Marrakech in the late afternoon, giving you some free time to stroll through the souks or rest at the hotel before dinner.
