Day 1: Arrival in Marrakech – The Gateway to Morocco
We warmly welcome you to Marrakech! After your arrival at the airport, you’ll be transferred to the riad or the hotel. In the evening, take a gentle walk to the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa Square, where snake charmers, storytellers, and street food stalls come to life in a scene that feels like stepping into another world.
Day 2: Marrakech Guided Tour
After breakfast, we will send you a professional local guide who will accompany you through the heart of Marrakech. Throughout the day, your guide will share fascinating stories about the city’s rich history, from its ancient dynasties to the development of its unique architecture. You will explore historic landmarks, wander through vibrant souks filled with colors and aromas, and discover hidden corners that many visitors never see.

Day 3: From Marrakech to Dades
After breakfast, We will meet you at your accommodation in Marrakech to begin your journey toward the Dades Valley. As you leave the bustling city behind, the scenery will gradually change from palm-lined avenues to breathtaking mountain landscapes.
Along the way, you will cross the High Atlas Mountains via the famous Tizi n’Tichka pass, where the road offers stunning panoramic views and opportunities to stop for pictures. You’ll travel through traditional Berber villages where life has remained unchanged for centuries. Your guide or driver will share information about local customs, the importance of agriculture in the region, and the history of the mountain tribes.
You will also have the chance to visit one or two well-known sites along the route, such as an argan oil cooperative, where you can learn about the production of this valuable Moroccan product, or a small kasbah that reflects the region’s architectural style. As you get closer to Dades, the red and orange rock formations become more dramatic, creating a landscape unlike anywhere else in Morocco.
Upon arrival in the Dades Valley, you will check into your hotel or riad, where you can relax, enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner, and unwind after a day full of travel and discovery. The peaceful environment of the valley, with its winding river and towering cliffs, is the perfect setting to rest before continuing your adventure the next day.


Day 4: Through the Draa Valley to Merzouga
Today, your journey continues toward Merzouga and the edge of the Sahara Desert. This day offers some of the most spectacular scenery of your entire trip.
As you leave the Dades Valley, you will pass through a region known for its dramatic rock formations and ancient kasbahs. The route takes you through the famous Todra Gorge, a natural wonder with towering canyon walls that rise nearly 300 meters. You’ll have time to walk through the gorge, take photos, and enjoy the fresh air by the river that flows between the cliffs.
Continuing south, the landscapes begin to transform gradually from mountain valleys to desert plains. You will cross several small towns and Berber villages, such as Tinjdad and Erfoud. In Erfoud, known as the “gateway to the desert,” you may stop at a fossil workshop to see how artisans transform ancient desert stones into unique pieces of art , a perfect opportunity to learn more about the geology of the region.
As you get closer to Merzouga, the sight of the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi rising in the distance is truly unforgettable. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with traditional Moroccan hospitality , mint tea and a warm welcome. you can either check in at your desert camp and prepare for a camel ride into the dunes to watch a magical sunset over the Sahara.
In the evening, you’ll enjoy dinner under the stars, listening to traditional Berber music by the campfire. The calm and silence of the desert create a peaceful atmosphere that is perfect for relaxing and reflecting on the day’s journey.



Day 5: Discovering the Sahara
Today we will begin our journey by visiting the lake, a calm and scenic spot in the middle of the desert. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to observe local wildlife, especially birds that gather around the water. Your guide will share information about how this lake forms seasonally and its importance to the surrounding ecosystem.
After enjoying the peaceful atmosphere, we will continue our trip toward a traditional village known for its welcoming people and unique desert culture. Along the way, you’ll witness the changing landscapes, from sandy plains to rocky terrain and small palm groves. We will make several stops to take photos and learn more about the daily life of the local communities that call the Sahara home.
Our next highlight will be meeting a Berber nomad family living in the desert. You will be invited into their tent to drink traditional mint tea and hear stories about their way of life, traditions, and the challenges they face while living in such a remote environment. This personal experience offers a deeper understanding of the desert beyond its natural beauty , it’s a chance to connect with real people who preserve ancient traditions.
By the afternoon, we’ll head back to your accommodation so you can rest, relax, or prepare for an evening activity, such as a camel ride, sandboarding, or watching the sunset over the dunes. This entire day is designed to immerse you in the authentic culture, nature, and spirit of the Sahara.



Day 6: Merzouga To Ouarzazate :
After breakfast in Merzouga, we will begin our journey toward Ouarzazate, traveling through some of the most scenic parts of southern Morocco. As we leave the dunes of Erg Chebbi behind, the golden sands gradually turn into rocky desert and palm-filled valleys.
Our first stop will be in the town of Rissani, known as the birthplace of the Alaouite dynasty, the current royal family of Morocco. Here you can visit the traditional market (if it’s a market day) and see where locals trade spices, dates, vegetables, and handmade goods.
Continuing the journey, we will pass through Tinghir and Boumalne Dades, areas famous for their oases and breathtaking mountain views. Along the road, you will notice Berber villages built from clay, blending perfectly with the natural surroundings.
One of the highlights of the day will be traveling through the Valley of Roses near Kelaa M’Gouna, especially beautiful in spring when the rose fields bloom. You’ll learn about the production of rose water and other natural cosmetics that this region is known for.
As we approach Ouarzazate, often called the “Gateway to the Sahara,” you’ll see palm groves, ancient kasbahs, and wide desert landscapes. Ouarzazate is famous for its film studios, where many international movies and TV shows have been filmed, as well as for the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ait Ben Haddou nearby.
When we reach Ouarzazate , you’ll check in at your hotel,walking in the city and visitng the atlas studio , enjoy a delicious dinner, and relax after a day full of stunning views and interesting stops.


Day 7: Return to Marrakech :
After breakfast in Ouarzazate, we will begin our 8-Days Adventure from Marrakech back to Marrakech. The route will take us once again through the High Atlas Mountains, offering breathtaking views of valleys, peaks, and Berber villages along the way.
We will make stops at scenic viewpoints, giving you the chance to take photos of the mountains, rivers, and traditional kasbahs. You may also visit a local cooperative to see how argan oil is produced or enjoy a short walk in one of the villages to experience everyday life in the Atlas region.
As we descend toward Marrakech, you’ll see the city’s red rooftops appear in the distance, signaling the end of a remarkable journey through Morocco’s deserts, mountains, and valleys. Upon arrival in Marrakech, you’ll be transferred to your hotel, where you can rest or walking in the city, reflecting on the amazing experiences of your trip.
Day 8 : Departure
